Shipping
Unless otherwise specified or as a promotion, shipping rates for all orders are determined by and subject to the arrangements with our preferred delivery provider. Shipping charges will be shown at checkout.Delivery
All orders will be processed and packed in accordance with our standard process and timeframes. You should normally receive your delivery within 2 -5 working days, but remote areas can take a little longer. We do not currently provide international shipping All orders require a signature on delivery. Should you choose to advise the delivery company that your order can be left without a signature, Coffee Hive accepts no liability if the order is damaged or goes missing. Where your order is returned to us as a result of an incorrect delivery address and we need to contact you to confirm the correct address, you will be liable for all additional delivery charges incurred in the return and re-delivery of your order. These charges must be paid prior to re-delivery.Returns
Should a product be damaged or faulty at the time of delivery, please contact us at sales@coffeehive.in. Please supply your order ID, a description and photo of the damage/defect, your e-mail address and contact number. Once we receive all the necessary information, we will arrange an exchange of your ordered product. if your ordered product is no longer available, we will provide a refund.Use of this site

We urge you not to let others use your account. Please keep your account login credentials safe and do not share them. You are liable for all communication sent and orders placed using your Coffee Hive account. To place an order, select the products and quantities you require and follow the prompts to finalise the order including payment. By submitting your order, you agree that the order content (including, without limitation, the type, quantity, price, postage and delivery costs) is correct and that the order is subject to these terms & conditions. Payment is accepted by the methods displayed at checkout. If your payment is declined your order will not be processed. Submitted orders cannot be cancelled.Prices
