ShippingUnless otherwise specified or as a promotion, shipping rates for all orders are determined by and subject to the arrangements with our preferred delivery provider. Shipping charges will be shown at checkout.
DeliveryAll orders will be processed and packed in accordance with our standard process and timeframes. You should normally receive your delivery within 2 -5 working days, but remote areas can take a little longer. We do not currently provide international shipping All orders require a signature on delivery. Should you choose to advise the delivery company that your order can be left without a signature, Coffee Hive accepts no liability if the order is damaged or goes missing. Where your order is returned to us as a result of an incorrect delivery address and we need to contact you to confirm the correct address, you will be liable for all additional delivery charges incurred in the return and re-delivery of your order. These charges must be paid prior to re-delivery.
ReturnsShould a product be damaged or faulty at the time of delivery, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please supply your order ID, a description and photo of the damage/defect, your e-mail address and contact number. Once we receive all the necessary information, we will arrange an exchange of your ordered product. if your ordered product is no longer available, we will provide a refund.

OrdersProducts are offered for sale on the website only to users who are at least 18 years of age. If you wish to place an order for delivery outside of India, please contact Coffee Hive by email email@example.com We offer you the ability to setup a Coffee Hive account for yourself. We urge you not to let others use your account. Please keep your account login credentials safe and do not share them. You are liable for all communication sent and orders placed using your Coffee Hive account. To place an order, select the products and quantities you require and follow the prompts to finalise the order including payment. By submitting your order, you agree that the order content (including, without limitation, the type, quantity, price, postage and delivery costs) is correct and that the order is subject to these terms & conditions. Payment is accepted by the methods displayed at checkout. If your payment is declined your order will not be processed. Submitted orders cannot be cancelled.
PricesAll prices stated on the website are in Indian Rupees (Rs). Additional charges and taxes will apply for delivery as displayed to you at checkout during the order process. Coffee Hive reserves the right to change product prices and delivery charges at any time. Any such changes will not apply to orders that have already been accepted by Coffee Hive.

We work with our Suppliers and provide them with your delivery details for delivery purposes only. You may receive parcel tracking updates in relation to the orders you have placed. The delivery companies only use your email and nothing else. By purchasing from our site, you agree to their terms and conditions. We collect information so we can ensure you receive delicious coffee with great customer service. Sometimes we will send you emails about promotions and general news, using the email you provided. You can restrict the use of your personal information by only completing the required fields. Our website contains links to third-party websites. When you use these links and leave our website please understand that we do not have any control over what appears on the third-party website.
Liability and indemnity

Coffee Hive takes reasonable steps to protect the data you transmit using the website but does not warrant, and cannot ensure, the security of that data. You transmit data using the website entirely at your own risk. We will provide your credit card details to our financial institution to process your order. We will not retain your credit card details once your order is dispatched.
